Hardware interface and signal
1. Terminals and connectors
Main terminal block: 72 signal terminals each for TB1 and TB2, totaling 144 on-site wiring points.
10 pin connectors: JJR, JJT, JJS (JJS/JJT is usually reserved but not used).
Auxiliary terminal posts: 6, used for additional signal wiring.
2. Key access signals
Overspeed protection: Three magnetic electric speed probes (MUP) input, forming the main overspeed protection link.
Flame detection: Flame detector signal, including 335 VDC power supply (JVA).
Electrical quantities: bus voltage, generator voltage/current, synchronous signal.
Protection and alarm: Hardwired protection input, alarm horn enable/disable (J1 jumper).
Trip and emergency signals: generator circuit breaker signal (JM/JN), emergency overspeed signal (JU).
Application
Control and protection systems for gas turbines, steam turbines, key process industries such as power plants, petrochemicals, and metallurgy.
