Core functionality
Signal isolation: Isolate high-voltage PT and high current CT signals from the weak current side of the control system to ensure safety.
Signal scaling: Convert PT/CT secondary side signals into low-voltage/low current signals that can be received by the control system.
Multi input: Supports 1 set of three-phase PT input+two-phase CT input (A/C phase).
Auxiliary Input: Provides low-voltage current signal auxiliary input to meet the expansion requirements of Mark V system.
Signal output: After isolation and conditioning, the signal is sent to the TCCB board for further processing through the JKK connector.
Hardware and Interface
Terminal: 4 independent terminal blocks, including PT/CT input, auxiliary signal, power supply, and grounding.
Connector: 1 JKK 50 pin ribbon connector, connected to TCCB board.
Core components: 6 isolation transformers, 3 ring transformers, AD202JY isolation amplifier, resistor network, jumper switch.
Power supply: System backplane power supply (Mark V standard 5VDC/24VDC).
Installation: Standard Mark V rack slot installation.
