As the core communication node of the Mark V system, responsible for data routing and interaction between the controller, I/O module, human-machine interface, and upper system, ensuring high-speed and accurate transmission of control instructions and on-site data.
I/O data mapping and processing
Complete the acquisition, filtering, calibration, and logical mapping of on-site signals such as analog, digital, and pulse signals, convert the on-site signals into system recognizable data, and issue control instructions to the executing mechanism.
Control logic operation
Built in dedicated control algorithms for gas/steam turbines, realizing key process logic such as speed, temperature, pressure, flow, and combustion control, supporting complex interlocking and protection strategies.
Redundancy and reliability design
Supporting redundant configuration of primary/backup controllers, bus and power redundancy, automatic switching in case of failure, short switching time without disturbance, meeting the high reliability requirements of “non-stop and disturbance free” for power plants/gas turbines.
Diagnosis and fault protection
Built in comprehensive self diagnostic function can detect bus faults, communication abnormalities, power supply abnormalities, hardware faults, etc., and output alarms/interlocks to quickly locate problems and reduce downtime risks.
System compatibility and expansion
Fully compatible with DS200 series I/O modules, DS200 communication modules, and DS200 power modules, it can expand the number of I/O points and functions as needed, and adapt to different power levels of gas turbine/steam turbine systems.
